The best news is that we are now open for dine in at Mousehold, Waterside & Poringland. You can still order takeaway from Poringland & Mousheold by phoning the restaurant on the day. Waterside is not doing takeaway orders.

Follow the below steps to book a table:

FOR DINE IN AT MOUSEHOLD, WATERSIDE & PORINGLAND

1 – Click the “book now” button on our Facebook page or here

2 – Click “book now” on either Zaks Waterside, Zaks Poringland & Zaks Mousehold which will take you to our OpenTable widget

3-  Pick a day, a time slot and select how many people are in your party and fill in your contact details and confirm your booking.  Please ensure you have read the ‘BE SAFE & BE AWESOME’ note before confirming your booking – this is our Covid-19 secure guidance. If you have any dietary requirements then please let us know on the next page.

4- Confirm your booking – you will receive an email

5- Check out our dine in menu nom nom nom

6- Please arrive on time (not early or late) or you may be asked to wait outside

7- Sanitise your hands on entry, exit & before & after using the toilets

8- Please stay seated in the restaurant (unless you need the loo) & keep young children with you at all times

9- Please be awesome to our teams as this is all very strange & new

10 – EAT!!!
