Howdy folks! Well hasn’t January just flown by? As the first month of 2017 comes to an end, we thought we’d share with you the great new things from 2016 going into 2017.
There’s no better place to start than our brand new menu. We’ve been working hard over the past few months developing and tweaking our authentic American food and we’re delighted with the end result. What’s new? First off we’ve reduced everything down and simplified our layout – we hope you agree it looks awesome! There are new burgers, dogs and desserts for you to enjoy too, as well as a seriously tasty breakfast menu which is available at our Thetford and Waterside diners. Here are a few top picks:
THE BROOKLYN
Famous chargrilled 6oz burger, Zaks slaw, Monterey Jack cheese, crisp bacon and hot sauce in a sourdough bun!
PIGS MIGHT FLY
A sharing plater with our famous wings and tender baby back ribs.
40 YEARS, 40 SHAKES!
To celebrate our Big 40 in 2016, we asked our teams and customers to share their favourite Zaks shakes and flavours which including bananas & custard, chocolate brownie and even a coconut & lime!
DIRTY DAWG
BBQ pulled pork, mayo, cheddar cheese sauce and diced onion.
ZAKS N CHEESE
One of our chargrilled burgers topped with macaroni cheese, bacon bits and some paprika!
MOVIE NIGHT
Salted popcorn, sweet toffee, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream!

Next up we have the Zaks Love Club – our new look loyalty scheme which is now up and running! All existing loyalty card holders should have received their new Love Club card if they have dined with us since we launched. If you haven’t yet made the change, please hand in your old card when you next visit and we will give you your shiny new “Love Club” card.
This can be used across all of restaurants to build up points on every visit. We’ve seen many of you using your cards already which has been great to see – remember, points make prizes so keep ‘em coming!
As always, we’ve got plenty of events lined up too. Keep an eye out for our fantastic fundraisers with our partner charity Connects & Co including charity breakfasts and car washes. We’ve also continued our support of Norwich’s Vintage Fashion Show which is set to be even bigger and better than last year taking place on Sunday 12th March. Further details will be revealed soon…
