We are continuing to follow the government advice and we have published a new video announcement on our Facebook page today.
During this time our priorities remain with the health and well-being of our customers, our teams and our neighbourhoods. The government advice is to socially isolate and demanded on Friday 20th March that all restaurants are to close which we fully supported.
Our restaurants are temporarily closed for dining in and we have taken an extra step today (23.03.20) to close Waterside for drive-in takeaways. Mousehold and Poringland will continue to offer takeaways from midday – 9pm until Sunday 29th March. As of Monday 30th March Zaks will unfortunately be temporarily closed.
It is a tough decision but we feel we need to prioritise the safety of our customers and our teams. But once this has blown over we will be back!
Please remember that during this time to safeguard everyone we are now cashless to prevent the spread of the virus and will only be accepting card payments.
We are continuing to monitor the daily advice and guidance and encourage all to please continue to check our feed and Facebook page for further information and updates that we may need to implement.
